NR/SBR black 80Sh rolls
good compressive strength & elasticity, standard quality
The NR / SBR rubber is made of natural and styrene-butadiene rubber and is the most commonly used rubber compound for many simple indoor and UV-protected outdoor applications. The rubber is characterized by good compressive strength and elasticity, as well as a good resistance to acetone and alcohol. The resistance to alkalis is conditional to good.
The hard rubber compound has a hardness of about 80°Shore A and has a high intrinsic stability and a low bending behavior. Compared to the standard hardness (like car tires) of approx. 65°Shore A, this rubber compound is a little harder and stays very stable in shape over a large area of pressure and does not noticeably spring. The natural vibration of the rubber is very low under load.
