NR wear red 40Sh rolls
high elastic material, very good tear resistance & abrasion resistance
The NR wear rubber is made of natural rubber, produced from latex milk of the rubber tree and is an elastic rubber compound for high mechanical stress, even at low temperatures. The rubber is characterized by very good mechanical properties, very high tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and a high elongation at break. Resistance to acids and alkalis is good. These combined properties are barely met by synthetic rubber compounds, making para rubber indispensable for some applications.
The soft rubber compound has a hardness of about 40°Shore A and seals well even on rough surfaces (bumps). Compared to the standard hardness (like car tires) of about 65°Shore A, this rubber compound is a bit softer and remains dimensionally stable even with large pressure loads, but it absorbs a bit of pressure.
